Welcome to Appleton Cricket Club

Appleton Cricket Club has been playing cricket for over 100 years and has been based at the Appleton Sportsfield since the facility was commissioned in 1966.

Playing friendly Sunday cricket through the summer season, the club has a reputation for encouraging villagers and, in particular, youngsters, to play cricket. It is claimed we play cricket in the true spirit of the game and we aim to enjoy each playing experience!

Yes: we like to win – but fairly and with both teams happy with whatever the result.
